What Are You Going to Do About It?
We’re living through a change. A shift in how business works, how our culture operates, and how things get done. At the center of this shift is AI, which has become a massive disruption to in the way we run our businesses.
Disruption brings winners and losers. It always does. But disruption also brings something powerful: opportunity. And with that opportunity comes leverage.
As entrepreneurs, we now have tools at our fingertips that let us move faster, think bigger, and build smarter. AI gives us the ability to create more, iterate faster, and access new ideas without needing to wait or hire. It’s like having a thought partner, a critic, a collaborator, an artist, a designer, and a coder all sitting next to you, available on demand. One click away.
This is where the leverage lies. And when you have that kind of leverage, the next step is a choice.
What are you going to do about it?
There are a few options:
Do what you’ve always done, just a little faster and easier
Increase the value to your current customers by offering them more inside your current deal structure
Reposition as an ultra-premium product with deep service for just a few clients or move toward a high-volume model, with streamlined work for many people with speed and consistency
Do less, but better and reclaim some of your time
I believe there’s a future that can improve the quality of your work AND lower your “time in seat” to give you more of what we all want: The freedom of time and money.
To help you get there, I’m working on a new initiative that will roll out in August. It’s designed to help entrepreneurs take control of their productivity and schedule. It’s not quite ready to share, but it’s coming. And it’s built with one thing in mind: showing small business owners how to take this disruption and turn it into something that truly supports the life they want.
Until that’s ready, I want you to start thinking about it. This disruption is not something you can choose to ignore. It’s already happening, and the entrepreneurs who take it seriously will come out ahead.
More on this next month. But today, the question stands.
The leverage from AI is already here. What are you going to do about it?
